Adam D. Greivell, Esq., doesn’t back down. With The Greivell Firm, he’s built a lean, relentless operation in Hagerstown, Maryland, to take on the fights that matter most. With one dedicated paralegal by his side, Adam has stripped his practice to the core: major litigation and a handful of select business clients.

His mission? To vindicate his clients’ God-given, constitutionally protected rights, and to expose and dismantle government corruption, one case at a time.

If you’re looking for help, know this: Adam’s probably too busy, and expect his rates reflect the weight of the battles he fights.

Who He Is

A Hagerstown native, Adam’s roots run deep in Washington County.

A Saint Maria Goretti graduate, he rocketed through a 4.0 degree in Administration of Justice from Hagerstown Community College, which earned him a full scholarship to achieve a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore, magna cum laude, which, in turn, earned him a spot at one of the Nation’s top law schools - the Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington, where he graduated in the top half of his class in 2005.

A clerkship with the Appellate Court of Maryland and work alongside top-tier attorneys (such as Joe Murtha, Jim Carbine, and Mark Muffoletto), sharpened his edge.

He’s a family man, raising three kids with his wife, Jessica, and a community fixture who coaches baseball from Little League to High School when he’s not in court.

Make no mistake: Adam’s unbreakable spirit defines him. He’s the guy who steps into the ring against giants and doesn’t blink.

What He Does

The Greivell Firm isn’t your typical law office. Adam handpicks his cases, focusing on high-stakes litigation that demands fearlessness (think: civil rights violations, government overreach, and systemic corruption). He also advises a select group of trusted business clients, guiding them through negotiations, disputes, deals and diligence with the same tenacity.

Whether he’s grilling officials in depositions or crafting ironclad pleadings or contracts, Adam’s integrity is non-negotiable. He fights for a fair fight, no matter how dirty the other side plays.

Why He’s Different

Adam’s not here to please everyone. He’s a bulldog with principles, known for victories against corporations and governments that assumed they could outlast him.

Clients call him “unrelenting” and “ethical to a fault,” with one recently noting he “won overwhelmingly without stepping into court.”

His 2022 run for Circuit Court Judge showed his grit, even if the system pushed back.

Adam doesn’t bend, doesn’t break, and doesn’t compromise. He’s in it for justice, not applause.

The Greivell Firm

Launched in 2025, The Greivell Firm is Adam and his paralegal — a tight unit built for efficiency. No bloated staff, no cookie-cutter cases. They use cutting-edge tech to stay agile, focusing on battles that can shift the scales. The firm’s mantra? Truth over power.

Services are narrow: major litigation, select business counsel, and nothing less than full commitment. If Adam takes your case, you’re getting a warrior. But he probably won’t. His plate’s full.

Don’t Call Unless You’re Ready

Adam’s not looking for new clients. His calendar is packed with cases that keep him up at night and opponents shaking in their boots. The Greivell Firm website exists only to let you know where he’s at: already busy fighting the good fight. If you’re facing a Goliath and need someone who’ll swing harder than they do, maybe, just maybe, Adam’s your guy. But you’ll have to catch him first.
